SimCity 2000 (SC2K) is a city-building simulation video game and the second installment in the SimCity series. SimCity 2000 was first released by Maxis in 1994 for computers running Apple Macintosh Operating System. It was later released on the Amiga, DOS & Microsoft Windows, followed by a release for OS/2. In 1995, SimCity 2000 won "Best Military or Strategy Computer Game" Origins Award.
The unexpected and enduring success of the original SimCity, combined with the relative lack of success with other "Sim" titles, finally motivated the development of a sequel. SimCity 2000 was a major extension of the concept; the view was now dimetric instead of overhead, land could have different elevations, and underground layers were introduced for water pipes and subways.

New types of facilities include prisons, schools, libraries, museums, marinas, hospitals and arcologies. Players can build highways, roads, bus depots, railway tracks, subways, train depots and zone land for seaports and airports. There are a total of nine varieties of power plants in SimCity 2000, including coal, oil, natural gas, nuclear, wind turbines, hydroelectric dams (which can only be placed on waterfall tiles), solar and the futuristic fusion power and satellite microwave plant. Most types of power plants have a limited life span and must be rebuilt periodically.

Players can build highways to neighboring cities to increase trade and the population.The budget and finance controls are also much more elaborate—tax rates can be set individually for residential, commercial and industrial zones. Enacting city ordinances and connecting to neighboring cities became possible. The budget controls are very important in running the city effectively.

Another new addition in SimCity 2000 is the query tool. Using the query tool on tiles reveals information such as structure name and type, altitude, and land value. Certain tiles also display additional information; power plants, for example, display the percentage of power being consumed when queried, and querying roads displays the amount of traffic on that tile. Querying a library and selecting "Ruminate" displays an essay written by Neil Gaiman.

Graphics were added for buildings under construction in the residential, commercial, and industrial zones, as well as darkened buildings depicting abandoned buildings as a result of urban decay.

News comes in the form of several pre-written newspaper articles with variable names that could either be called up immediately or could be subscribed to on a yearly basis. The newspaper option provided many humorous stories as well as relevant ones, such as new technology, warnings about aging power plants, recent disasters and opinion polls (highlighting city problems). SimCity 2000 is the only game in the entire series to have this feature (besides the discontinued children's version, SimTown), though newer versions have a news ticker. The newspapers had random titles (Times, Post, Herald, etc.), and prices based on the simulated year. Certain newspapers have a special monthly humor advice column by "Miss Sim". Some headlines have no purpose whatsoever in the game, such as "Bald Radio Found" or "Frog Convention".

Though there is no "true" victory sequence in SimCity 2000, the "exodus" is a close parallel. An "exodus" occurs during the year 2051 or later, when 300 or more Launch Arcologies are constructed; the following January each one "takes off" into space so that their inhabitants can form new civilizations on distant worlds.[2] This reduces the city's population to those who are not living in the Launch Arcologies, but it also opens wide areas for redevelopment and returns their construction cost to the city treasury. This is related to the event in SimEarth where all cities are moved into rocket-propelled domes that then leave to "found new worlds" (leaving no sentient life behind).

The game also included several playable scenarios, in which the player must deal with a disaster (in most, but not all scenarios) and rebuild the city to meet a set of victory conditions. These were based in versions of real-life cities, and some were based on real events such as the Oakland firestorm of 1991, the 1989 Hurricane Hugo in Charleston, South Carolina, or dealing with the 1970s economic recession in Flint, Michigan—but also included more fanciful ones such as a "monster" destroying Hollywood in 2001. More scenarios added with the SCURK included a nuclear meltdown in Manhattan in 2007.
In 1994, Maxis released an expansion pack to SimCity 2000 called Scenarios Vol. I: Great Disasters, which included new scenarios based on a number of possible disasters. These disasters generally destroy the city and require the player to rebuild the city. They include: A UFO attack, two nuclear meltdown scenarios, two major chemical spill scenarios, a large flood, a major hurricane, two firestorm scenarios, a volcano, an earthquake, a high power microwave beam misfire, riots, and a typhoon.

Alongside the Great Disasters Scenarios package came the introduction of a separate toolset called the SimCity Urban Renewal Kit (SCURK for short). It enabled players to modify the images used in-game to represent various buildings in much the same manner as general image manipulation software. The player was able to create basic bitmap files of a standard size with a standard 256 color palette. The use of limited palette cycling, which permitted animation, was also possible. A number of pre-altered graphics packages were distributed, including some which replaced the reward buildings with images of various well known international buildings, such as the Eiffel Tower, but most buildings were made by fan-artists and shared on the Internet. Several SCURK designs influenced the designs of SimCity 3000's original buildings.The cities made in SCURK can be saved and used for SimCity 2000.

Support cards can be used before each battle to help in winning. They usually resemble a tool that appeared in the previous game Digimon World and possess various support effects, like adding 300 attack points, recover 700HP if own HP is lower than foe's, 1st attack, changing own property to Darkness and halving both self and foe's HP, countering foe's attack and halving self's HP etc.
Normally each card only allows six copies. There are some cards that the player is limited to only one copy, like the Seven Cards, Downloader and Rosemon's Lure. The player can only have three partners and the other three (and their armor forms) cannot be obtained but only acknowledged in their slots of the players card collection. Also in the game, there are twelve super-rare cards that can only be obtained by creating 'fusion mutations'. These twelve cards are known in the game as 'Digi-Jewels'. These cards, when all are put in the same deck, after a battle they will give extra points. However, these cards have little to negative effects.

Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel essentially re-creates the Duel Monsters collectible-card game, allowing you to play it against many of the characters from the show or against your friends using a GBA link cable. It can also serve as a decent primer on collectible-card games as a whole, since the mechanics are relatively straightforward.

First-timers have a slightly steeper learning curve to deal with, especially if they're not already knowledgeable about the basics of collectible-card games. Most of the basics are elementary enough that you'll likely pick it up with a bit of trial and error, though the manual that comes with the game is dense with specific information about the subtler nuances of the Duel Monsters game.

Basically, you start off with a more or less random deck of cards consisting of monster cards, spell cards, trap cards, and special summon cards. The monster cards can be used to attack your opponent's monster cards, or if your opponent has no monster cards in play, to attack him or her directly, with the ultimate goal of taking all your opponent's hit points before he or she can do the same to you. Spell and trap cards serve a variety of different offensive and defensive purposes, such as upping the statistics of your monster cards, destroying one of your opponent's cards, counteracting your opponent's move, or fusing two monsters into a third, more powerful monster. Most monsters can be brought directly into play from your hand, though certain monsters require a summon card to be played before they can be brought into action.

You'll be rewarded with a handful of new cards when you best your opponents, and you'll also receive five free cards every "week" in the game from a duelist's lifestyle magazine that your character apparently subscribed to before the start of the game. When you're not actually dueling, you'll be spending the rest of your time in the game adjusting your deck using a fairly comprehensive and intuitive menu system. The basic strength of your cards factors heavily into whether or not you'll be victorious, though some smart strategy and a spot of luck can help you score a win against an opponent with a more powerful deck. Among the collectible-card-game crowd, Yu-Gi-Oh! isn't considered one of the most strategically complex games out there, and this comes across in its video game form as well. Once you've built up your deck to a respectable level and have a strong grasp of the mechanics, most of your losses will come from the weakness of your cards rather than your own skills.

Considering you're playing a video game simulation of a collectible-card game, the action in Yu-Gi-Oh! Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel is pretty abstract. The presentation doesn't do much to help bridge the gap between the two distinctly different mediums of video games and collectible-card games, though it arguably does better by the Yu-Gi-Oh! license than the recent Duelists of the Roses for the PlayStation 2. You'll be treated to clean-looking 2D character art of your opponent in between matches, and you'll catch flashes of the actual card art during the battle phase and the deck-building phase, but for the most part, you'll be looking at a playfield that emulates the layout of the real-world Yu-Gi-Oh! card game, which is just dull. The music is of the standard 16-bit synthesized variety, which is to say it's decent.
As far as video game representations of collectible-card games go, Yu-Gi-Oh! Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel is a serviceable, lightweight entry in the genre. It stays true enough to the source material, which should please fans, but the game's rather dry presentation may make it inaccessible to outsiders, and the fundamental mechanics of the card game may be too simplistic for collectible-card game enthusiasts who've moved on to deeper, more complex games.

* Buka file "HOSTS" di notepad di bawah "127.0.0.1 localhost" . Tambahkan IP Name 
* IP - IP nama situs web yang akan di block - Nama situs web , contoh nama situs web  :

*Contoh :

 *127.0.0.1 localhost 
 *210.210.19.82 www.sifymall.com 


Sifymall sekarang tidak bisa di akses. Untuk setiap situs yang ingin kalian  blok, tambahkan "1" ke nomor terakhir di ip internal (127.0.0.2) dan kemudian tambahkan seperti sebelumnya.

Kadang - kadang pc di windows 7  kalian akan mendapatkan notifikasi administravtive permission untuk mengedit di file host, tapi trik ini mampu bekerja dengan baik tanpa bantuan  software apapun kalian bisa memblokir situs web apapun pada pc kalian.
