Nah gak usah lama-lama lagi ini dia step by step-Nya :

1. Pertama-tama Buka CMD (Command Prompt) dulu.

2. Ketikkan gpedit.msc

3. Setelah itu akan muncul sebuah window baru, di situ ada 2 pilihan yakni Computer Configuration dan User Configuration Pilih User Configuration

4.Langkah selanjutnya klik Administrative Template di tab sebelah kanan pilih Control Panel selanjutnya pilih Personalization .

5. Apila sudah sampai di Personalization ada banyak setting, mana yang akan kamu rubah.

6. Untuk men-Setting agar Desktop Background tidak bisa di rubah pilih Prevent Changing Destop Background klik 2X dan yang terakhir pilih Enabled dan Klik OK

7.Taraaaaaaaaaaaaaa, lihat hasilnya. Cobalah untuk mengganti desktop background sekali lagi di jamin nggak akan berunah. Selamat Mencoba :)
